Trial Hours Disolving Without Playing

So I only had the game on for 45 minutes at lunch. I made sure I quit the game and turned my console off. When I turned it on now it said I have less than 6 hours left. What am I doing wrong?

I did the same exact thing about 3 hours ago. Still has I have “under 10 hours” which means between 9-10. From my calculations I still have 9:40 left.

Same happen too me I played game for like 59 mins come back in it says you only have 5 hours left

Mine expired lol. I played for maybe 2 to 3 hours. Yes I quit the game on xbox

Time flies when your having fun. LOL.

Sorry had to say it, but I hope it’s just a glitch and they’ll fix it. Be cool if they reset everyone’s time back to 10 for the trouble lol.

Well, there is one foolproof way to guarantee that it wont waste your time when you aren't playing. Disconnect from the internet. The time countdown is based on the ea server connection. No connection = no count down= time saved. You're welcome👍

Same happened to me, made sure I quit the trial completely turned off my Xbox turned it back on and I somehow lost 4 hours.

Happened to me as well. Sounds pretty prominent. Hopefully EA will reset the timer for everyone

I turned on the game the first time. My potty training daughter said she had to be pee. Quit out and helped her. Opened the app about 30 minutes later and it said I had under 9 hours....played for an hour quit out and today I had under 7 hours. Thanks EA

After the last game I played I had under 3 hours left, woke up this morning looking forward to one or two more franchise games annnnnd….you guessed it, trial is no more lol!

I'm having the same problem. My timer dropped 2 hours even though the game was closed. Has anyone had any luck talking to EA about this?

yeah the timer has been way off. i played for maybe 45 minutes the first time. when i went on the second time, 7 hours left lol

Went to play today, time completely expired. I got to play for a grand total of 1 hour and 45 minutes. I filed a ticket with EA we'll see if they ever get back to me.
