Just bough Madden '22 on the PS5 over the weekend. Got the game, loaded it, then get the notification that the latest patch "Can't Install". Tried "check for update" without any luck, just getting the message that "something went wrong". The game by itself runs fine, but can't login to any of the online stuff because the latest patch needs to be installed. I've got a ton of storage left on the 5, and have deleted the game twice, and reinstalled it again without seeing any change. All I could find online was trying to factory reset it, but would rather not go that route. Anyone have any information to work this issue out? Any help would be appreciated.

After 4 days of being frustrated by the update not installing. Finally was able to try to upload the update and got to the point where it wasn't running, but said it would be done in 99+ hours. Was able to pause and delete it. Checked for the update a second time and it's currently installing. I appreciate the help.Comment
