    Xbox Vs Xbox Series x

Tried both version over 10 hours trial.

I have Xbox Series X, for me the both versione are the same !
On series x the ice is a little better but nothing more
Frame rate problem are the same on both version, but i think is a problem of the flickering of the jersey.
I hope in a patch, offline is very bad to see this problem :-(

After 3 hours of gameplay I haven’t notice any frame rate issues on my series S.

Neither have I and I've played all 10 hours of the trail on the S.

I also downloaded the Xbox One trial version and played it on the Series S and I can honestly say the graphics do look better (especially the ice, player close ups and crowd) on the Series S over the One version. The load times are not even close so the SSD makes a huge difference in that regard, plus there's the old menu lag on the One version, which is slow and annoying once you get used to how much quicker and smoother it runs on next-gen.

BTW-Did you play it on a 4K 120Hz TV? If not, then you are not getting the full Series X potential.

I have played 9 hours of my trial on my series x. Zero Frame rate issues. I know In older nhl games in my Xbox one sometimes playing on a slower game speed made the game stutter here and there. On nhl 22 I have been mostly playing on 2 speed and it’s been running great. I have the X factor edition so hopefully when my Xbox travels to New Zealand tomorrow and it thinks it’s really
Tuesday then I can play the retail game early.

Hi. I am on Xbox series S and I have the framerate issue, BUT only when the game speed is reduced below the default 3. The problem is worst with the game speed set to zero.

From some other thread I read that at EA they are already aware of the problem so it will be fixed at some point.

The problem i think is not the frame rate, but the flicker of the jersey.

Tried 3vs3 and jersey are perfect smooth

I play on seriex , oled B8, game mode.

It is more noticeable on which camera view you use ang game speed selected (zero has really poor FPS)

Some people will notice it, some won't. Depends on your settings.

That must be it, I use default speed.

If one plays at 1080p, does an XBX look better than an XBS?

You won't notice much of a difference (maybe a bit crispier resolution) since you really need a 4K TV to see the true power of the XSX. But, the Series S is a beast for 1080p gaming.

                        Perfect, thank you!
I still rock my plasma TVs, so the S looks to be for me!
