So I was playing last night, crossing my fingers that the game wouldn’t crash at halftime….

Oops it crashed at halftime. Ok, reset Xbox, uninstall game, reinstall game, try again on test runs. Voila! It doesn’t crash at halftime anymo….

Nevermind. Still crashes at halftime.

Anyway. The moments I did play, I noticed I could drive to the hole using only turbo, with ease. Just like 2K21. Was getting blown out a week ago, now blowing teams out with little effort.

Wtf happened to this game? Perimeter D is still stupid sticky to where you can’t shoot, but once you drive, they just stand around now. Wasn’t like that before the horrendous 1.7 update.

Yep!

CPU Defense, i think is WORST than 2K21 right now... I compare with my sliders, on 2K22 after patch 1.7, need to increase some specs for CPU (more than i made on 2K21)

After more tests, i will post here.

Another think: CPU D is terrible and USER D is BIZARRE PERFECTLY. Some plays, i jump with my back and BLOCKING SHOTS WITH BACK PLAYER!!!!

Steal balls without try to steal, just go lock cpu player and the ball is on my hand....terrible.

I think 2k try to adjust gameplay for a 6yrs players...nice job!

But for this, we have the sliders... Working on fix some stuffs here.

I mean have you ever thought that they both want a good basketball game? What should they do? Play NBA 2k11? Or voice their concerns with the game so maybe devs/responsible persons will see it and change it in the future?

That part. I played a game last night and blew the opposing team out by 40 points. I can just sprint to the basket now. A week ago I couldn’t do that.

My games crash at halftime 80% of the time.

2 weeks ago I was enjoying playing the game and didn’t even harp on the lack of help D too much.

We have one basketball game to play. That one game went from maybe the best 2K to so far the worst one played, considering I literally can’t get through the game.

I deleted the game, reinstalled it, reset my Xbox, started a new MyNBA. Everything. No dice.

I just want to play a good basketball game to the point of not giving up until it’s fixed. I bought a console and new TV just to play a basketball game.

The same guy telling us to “stop complaining” is the same one going into every thread of valid complaints complaining about the complaining.

See, our focus is on improving the game, EVER! Some opinions are more personal, others, for the community (like broadcast cam and bad Defense system).

Now, guys like him attack the PEOPLE, he goes into various threads just to attack THE PERSON WHO COMPLAINS THE GAME.

It doesn't add anything to any discussion, it just attacks those who complain about the game. And the admins let him do it, every day.... anyway.

That wasn't my focus: AIRJ23 and others, last nite a made a good game! I will test my sliders 2 or 3 games more and share with u!

AIRJ23: Are u on Xbox? Can u try play with new rosters? Because i´m on the Xbox Series X here, and my game works ok at the halftime right now.... in 20 games, i have ONE CRASH in the Halftime.

then just ignore it. voicing your opinion and especially bringing attention to stuff that is beaking this game is very important. would it be better, if it were enough to state something once and thats it? sure. but in the days of social media cancer it's the ones that are the loudest the get the most attention, sadly. so they/we need to repeat what is wrong with this game time after time after time until 2k improves in that regard.

I don’t disagree, it was just a couple particular guys that have spammed the hell out of the threads this year to the point where it’s all you see…….I may be in the minority but I still come here for the community type threads of people wanting to improve the game and what not, unfortunately those productive type posts are few and far between anymore and it’s all exaggerations and dev bashing BS now

I have the same copy as you Armor and I too am enjoying the game, more so now with your sliders and JBs draft classes. NBA2K22 is a damn good game. Then again, I'm not anal about every aspect of the game nor am I looking for things wrong. There are valid issues for sure. But unfortunately man, folks trip over themselves to incessantly complain and whine and be victims. Some of the dudes here create new threads to complain about things already being complained about. All under the guise of "making the game better" like it makes a bit of difference.

It's obvious 2K is gonna do whatever the hell they want. Ranting and throwing a pity party on OS ain't changing nothing, man. The only thing they're doing is making the general board crap and a ghost town because that junk gets old. I dont blame Czar or Mike or even the MyNBA guy's who usually posts a wishlist right after launch for staying away.

That’s entirely the problem. If the game was complete trash then I’d give up on it.

But the foundation is/was good defense. Except now I can dunk 10 times with MJ on Superstar without breaking a sweat and my game crashes at halftime.

Sh**, right now I’d settle for the game not crashing at halftime. I can deal with the increasingly flawed defense.

But both at the same time? Two ridiculous and annoying, preventable issues that clearly are glitches (halftime issue) or false advertisements (defense).

The game isn’t too far gone. It’s literally one or two tweaks away from being near perfect.

And Stross, consider this your early XMas present cause I ain’t shutting up till 2K clears up said false advertisements and glitches.

The park dwellers didn’t get the entire defense recoded because they were quiet lmao. Dude is the reason sim heads are never heard. You want to get the game to recognize you, be recognized.
