Madden 10 Edit number of controlled teams

On Madden 10 (or madden 11/12), is there a way using a roster or DB editor to edit the number of teams you can control in franchise mode, after already starting the franchise? I feel like there's gotta be a way to do it somehow. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For the PS2 yes there is, for the 360 and PS3 you need to export the coach file and then find the tab that allows you to change that head coach to a user controlled coach.

For the PS2 it is the CFUC tab in the exported CVS file, you'll just need to figure out which one it is.

How would I go about doing that for PS3? is there a madden 10 config file for the EA DB Editor? Is there a guide for this anywhere? Thanks for the help!!
