Finally on sale for $44
 

Is this game even worth it at this point on next generation? I was waiting for a BF price and potentially could go a bit lower than the current $44.99 on Amazon. I only play Online so is that mode crappy too or just HUt? I am following a lot of negative comments on twitter via Nasher etc.

Everyone has their own opinion but I’ve been playing just about every year since NHL 2001, and I really enjoyed this years game when I played it during the trial period. So I would say it’s definitely worth it.

Would you mind sending that link for the discounted price? When I look on Amazon it’s still regular price for XSX.

Bought it at 20th Oct. 5 days after release from private sealed and new for €40, so under 60% of sales price.

Been watching for the Black Friday deals since EA Sports usually has some deep discounts. I saw a report online (Digital Trends?) that had "leaked" screenshots of Meier and Walmart BF ads. Walmart's listed Madden/FIFA/NHL for $25 (US) for next gen. Also two PS Store sales are coming next week and following week.

Take it for what it's worth (seems to cheap for NG) and keep an eye out starting next week/ I would probably buy both Madden AND NHL at that price. I enjoyed the trials enough to pay $25 but $45 isn't too appealing.

NHL 22 on PSN just got a 30% off discount and BestBuy has the game on sale for $39.99. Pretty good time to buy?
