Backwards sliders

Are the sliders backwards for User and CPU? I have been lowering the CPU sliders to find that right balance, but it continues to make the CPU tougher and my team weaker.

Depends on the slider. In my experience some are inverted for both player and cpu, pass coverage and reaction IIRC are inverted while accuracy and catching are not, for example.
