Everytime I try to upload a custom jersey I crash. Any idea why?

Everytime I try to upload a custom jersey I crash. Any idea why?

I've been getting this too. I've noticed that it happens alot with:
1. me uploading from a save/league that has less than 30 teams
2. me uploading in a save/league that's season has already started
3. me uploading a "correction"/modification of a downloaded custom team/uniform
