Can you have more than one RTTS player?

I played multiple positions with different teams in the 21 version. I can't figure out how to start a second RTTS player. Any help?

Start a new RTTS, the game will ask you to select a ballplayer, and from that menu, just select "Create New Ballplayer"

This is for Xbox..On the home screen X button on "Road To The Show" square, Start New.
