    Koyie Hill

Interesting story about possible Cubs backup Catcher Koyie Hill

He is defintely lucky to still have a right hand, let alone still be able to play Baseball.

Posted this in wrong forum. If one of the mods would kindly move it to the MLB forum that would be great.

As soon as I saw a Koyie Hill named topic I thought, why?

I'm a big Cubs fan and I've never heard this story...thanks for the link.

I was wondering what happened to him...God speed to a full recovery.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

I remember hearing about this last year. Good to hear he is almost recovered.

He played a year of A-ball in Wilmington, where I was living and working at the time. We used to have him on our show pretty regularly that year and for a couple of years after that, basically until he got called up to the majors.

Hell of a nice guy and I wish him the absolute best in his recovery as he tries to reclaim his career.

                    Hill is one tough S.O.B.:

I don't think anyone can question whether this guy is a real man or not.
