The bottom line is this..... was the substance in the product indicated somewhere, whether it be on the product label itself or some type of insert, so that the customer/player would have knowledge that it will enter his system? All of these other indications you guys have stated above makes no difference to the legitimacy of the player taking the substance.
If MLB has a known list and that substance is knowingly in a product, whether Romero says he's unaware/innocent or not, then it doesn't matter. But if the substance is somehow veiled, he has a case.
If he still loses any chance for further arbitration, then he may have a civil suit against GNC et al. for not disclosing exactly what is in their product.
