I'm wondering the same thing. Also, last night I tried watching 4 games at once and I couldn't. I know it's not my connection because I was able to during the free trial.

I also had some lag last night, might be because of Opening Day though.

They're definitely having issues with the archives - an mlbtv rep came on their support forum and said as much.

I'll give em a little while before I start panicking - it's an entirely new player and there are bound to be bugs. But, the archives are going to be one of my most used features of this because I work a lot of nights (and miss live games), so I hope it gets fixed soon.

The archives may be on the blink, but as far as live games go....

Is this heaven? (I assure you that's running butter smooth, too)

I would say though, if your comp lags running the basic mlb.tv it's not going to do any better with the premium version.
I wonder if it was just that game or something because my internet speed runs at about 5 Mbps.

I think im still gunna give it a shot and get mlb premium just because i want the best quality picture available and i only have to pay $30 cuz i already have the regualar one.

I was just wondering if there was a difference between watching it on internet explorer or on Mozilla Firefox? I personally use Mozilla

I guess a 5Mbps connection isn't enough for maximum quality. Even on my 3.2GHz C2D/4GB/GTX 280/Vista 64-bit rig, maximum quality stutters like crazy. Changing it back to "normal" mode is just fine.

At least yesterday, for me there was. IE didn't seem to stutter as much as Firefox did. It could be my connection too (it has problems at peak times), but it definitely runs better for me in IE.

It's also about the only thing I'll use IE for.

If true, same here bro. I'll try IE out in a bit.
