Not only did it cost the Marlins a win, it cost the Braves an extra game lead.

We have:

Aggressive Umpires:

Kirwin Daley should be met with a immediate fine. He is clearly the aggressor here.

WTF Balls & Strikes:

I'm not for replay on balls & strikes but, Gary Sederstrom either had to go to the restroom or catch a cab. A grading systems is needed. See we have a strike zone that is clearly defined in the rulebook. Call it as the book says to call it or we will get people who will! End of story....

Overall incompetence:
http://mlb.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_id=9566093

What in the world is Alphonzo Marquez looking at??? Again doubles down on a bad call.

http://mlb.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_id=10175519

He tagged him on both arms!! Again, what is Gary Darling looking at????

Baiting:

Mike Estabrook is 100% wrong here. he totally violated/pissed on the code. You never ever croach into the catcher's face like that. He should have been suspended or fined .

Joe West:
http://mlb.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_id=8689215

Wow ejected from 180 ft away. Since when does the first base umpire eject a player on a play at 3rd base? Must be Joe West.

http://mlb.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_id=10524631

Again, Over the top & unprofessional.... Who does that? Joe West

http://mlb.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_id=8363395

Dropped glove equals ejection. once again Joe West wants face time.

http://mlb.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_id=8363039

Umpires shoos manager away like he is a child. Must be Joe West.

I Want Face Time:

Hasn't run somebody in a while.

http://mlb.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_id=7727581

3rd base Umpire ejects manager on a hit by pitch.... No surprise it involves Joe West's crew .
Don't forget this one....

It's more comparable to a player catching a ball at the 20 yard line without even going to the ground with nobody between him and the endzone and nobody within 10 yards and whistling the ball dead.

Also, holy crap how was Mike Estabrook not punished for that? That is totally irresponsible and he should've had been fined and suspended.

Could not argee more. Instant replay needs to be part of the game, but only in the playoff because it's 162 games: I like to believe there is a bad call balance throughout the lenth of the season.
