The problem with the offense is almost every hitter we have is either nuclear hot or ice cold. The only exceptions I can really think of are Ben Zobrist, David Bote (too early to tell though), Tommy La Stella, and Kyle Schwarber. As good as Bote has been, I think the lengthy absence of Kris Bryant is starting to catch up with this offense in a big way.

Yeah it really sucks that all of their slumps have happened at the same exact time. Almora has given me the same felling as Russell lately he's just swinging at everything. need Schwarber and Happ going again.

even 60% Bryant they miss so much. so hopefully they can tread water till Sept when the Schedule gets tougher and they get KB back.

If the Cards make the playoffs you HAVE to give the MVP to Matt Carpenter. The guy is playing out of his mind these days.
