Dodgers have the highest payroll in baseball and are in a one game playoff as well. So what's your point?

If you have $$$ you spend it. But you have to develop players too. Which the Yankees have. But it just hasn't translated. It is what it is.

We are talking Yankees here. The Team that suppose to win it all or nothing. The Dodgers brought and paid for their championship. it's no secret. The season which IMO, was a World Series meh playing with a team with a payroll of $70. and Tampa played them well for who they are.

Let's face it the Yankees are not a very good team and are not built to win championships. Too many millionaires and egotistical prima donnas.
