They could probably beat memphis and boston(especially boston now), but i dont think any other team would lose to them. Also, that author seems to be biased against milwaukee for some reason.

You kidding me? There is no way they can beat Boston, ESPECIALLY if Boston beat San Antonio.

That's just ridiculous. Our entire team is NBA players, whereas Florida is not.

Actually, I think the Celtic team sans Paul Pierce would actually have a game on their hands, honestly......... I think Boston would win but it would be closer than you might think.............

I refuse to believe that a team of Rajon Rondo, Gerald Green, Ryan gomes, Kendrick Perkins, Delonte West, Allen Ray, Sebastion Telfair and Leon Powe(boston's currently uninjured roster) could beat the florida gators, but thats my opinion

No offense but if you guys think that a team like the Gators could beat any team in the NBA, then you need to take a timeout from basketball forums and the game of basketball for a few years. They don't play enough minutes. They don't the overall speed, size, and strength to combat ANY NBA team, they don't have the skill. 100 out of 100 times, I think the Celtics, Hawks, Grizzlies, and whatever bottom-feeding team could beat the Gators. Gotta be kidding.......

I hate comparisons like this, it is so stupid. The gators will have tops 4 NBA calibur players, and at most 2 impact players in the NBA, if that. The NBA is a totally different game then college and many of these college guys wont step foot on an NBA court, but can do best do hold their own on a college court. I hate when people bring up questions like this...NO the gators couldnt win vs. an NBA team, no matter how bad.

Exactly. Memphis is even a more ridiculous thought. Memphis has around 4-5 All Americans and a top foreign player. All of their starting 5 was drafted in the first 20 picks, and 4/5 were drafted in the top 7.

If they played over the course of an 82 game season, I think Florida may be able to win one or two games, however if it's just a one time deal where the NBA team is focused and ready to play, Florida gets blown the hell out.
