Flopping

Isn't all the flopping that goes an indication of how bad the officiating can be?
If flops didn't get calls, a significant amount of the time, players wouldn't do it.
I hate flopping, but you really can't hate on the players who do it, why wouldn't you do it, if it gives your team a better chance to win, sh#$! you better do it.
Maybe they should add another official, make that 2 more, and put them in little seats up above the baskets, like in tennis or lifeguard, so they can see the everything on their end of the court. call 'em the Flop Guards, and put FG on the back of their shirt. Then when they miss a call fans can yell, "Ohh, that stupid F.G.!!!! I can't believe that F.G!!!"

No he's not the flopping king.....that title now belongs to Emanuel Ginobilli.

But the Lakers flop more than any other team...the only guy who DOESNT flop is Shaq.

everyone who thinks they can get a call by flopping, flops. EVERYONE. If they don't, they're stupid. Why wouldn't you?
I was mostly just joking around w/ the post, but the point is that if your going to blame someone for the flopping, it has to be the refs.

Like in baseball, everyone knows that for years Maddux and Glavine got an extra couple of inches on the outside corner. Do you blame the umps for giving them an advantage? Or do you blame the pitcher for putting it there, where it's hard for the hitter to reach?

It's hard to justify blaming the players for taking what is given to them.

so true. Shaq doesn't need to flop, he just knocks everybody in the paint on their *** and 'takes' the foul.
remember when Shaq was in Orlando and fouled out almost every night? what happened when he went to LA? He started getting calls, plain and simple.

Its just not fair how someone could get free calls like that, the flopping calls are the ones that bug me more than anything else. Horry and Fisher DO IT A LOT..

I think the mavs flop ALOT from what ive seen.

Lakers arent bad,they flop like everyother team.
