Are you ready for the NBA to start HGH Testing?

Sources say the NBA is due to start testing players for human growth hormone (HGH), which represents several important firsts for the league's anti-doping policy (ESPN)

"The issue isn't whether I think it should be used," Cuban told USA TODAY Sports via e-mail. "The issue is that it has not been approved for such use. (Mark Cuban)

I'd like to know. It might mess some things up short term but long term it would be better for the league.

Wonder how many will be suspended in the first bunch of tests. Usually when new testings are introduced, the first wave of tests usually catch more than any following ones.

      Two questions :

Is the HGH known to increase the injurys numbers ? Or is it knwon to weaken the human muscles and bones ? (Don't know how to word that properly)

What happens if they test a big time player like a Lebron, a Durant and he's positive, are they really gonna do anything about it and reveal it to the public ?

^Another question to add to that...Will the testings be random or what? Cause I know in MLB, they claim it's random testings, but some players have admitted they were tested a suspiciously high amount of times while others weren't even tested at all.

Shard got caught and he lost all his game after it.

Turk did too but his situation was different... he was unaware, but both were suspended a long time.

I'm ready, only if whatever they confiscate from players they donate to me lol

So if a guy like Lebron comes out and admits to HGH, or say he test positive on a test, does this hurt his HOF chances?

We all know that Lebron has the credentials and the numbers to get in if he was to retire tomorrow. But those of us that follow baseball also know there are some players who have HOF numbers but will probably never get in to their HOF due to steroids or other performance enhancing drugs. ie McGwire, Sosa, Bonds.

As much as I like Lebron I've always looked at him kinda sideways when it came to his physique. Also it's hard to see it as just coincidental that he just now decided to "slim down" when practically every other player in the history of sport puts on weight when they get older. We'll never know because he'd never be stupid enough to get caught. If he were doping, and did get caught he still probably gets into the hall though. Definitely not first ballot, but eventually. Baseball writers are a bunch of prudes with sticks up their asses. Basketball guys realize that no matter what a guy puts in his body it takes a **** ton of talent to dominate like Lebron does.

...as far as his legacy goes potential GOAT status would be gone gone gone.

Lebron looks just as big as he ever did lol. I really see no difference.

Nor does he look bigger than the majority of other NBA players, nor is he the first talented player who's big fast and strong. I've never understood why he's the automatic finger target.

I disagree. I don't know how many "best shape of his career" stories I hear before the start of training camp each year.

I'm surprised the NBA took this long to institute HGH testing.
