uhhhh....nah....its been in games before...people just might not remember.....and its been in all nex gen games....it was just cpu controlled.

Freestyle control for sure. The mid-air shot change can't even compare. It's a minor change, which is cool, but it's not that innovative. It was done before, and in NBA 2k2 players used to change their shots in midair. The only thing was that it was automatic. What would really be cool is if there were some more dramatic layups as a result of the shot change, such as some of the shots Jordan made where if he was going to get fouled, he'd turn his body and just flip the ball over and he'd make the shot while getting fouled.

Freestyle control has to be the one, but then again, Live needed the biggest improvement (this coming from a faithful Live player). Just watching the trailer on easports.com gets me hyped... the game looks hot.

i'd have to go with the freestyle control, because it allows you to take risk throughout the game(on offense:should i go left or right, cross/ on defense--should i cheat to the left or right, should i play up or try to lure the player to the middle )--and I think it's like that in real life

shot control....go up for a dunk or lay-up....tap the shoot button again to adjust your shot when the d player is trying to block your shot...(a double clutch)

NBA Live, will be a one on one dunk fest. At least that is my prediction based on the videos.

It will basically come down to, fast breaks or isolations with your best ball handler and see if you can break them down.

That is everything that is wrong with the NBA game. I won't be purchasing live based on the fact that I bought 2001 for PS, and it was garbage. And 2002 for Xbox was worse.

I might rent it but I won't buy it. I want to play a game of that resembles basketbal. Not streetball indoors with NBA counterparts.

definitely freestyle control, like others have said, shot adjusting has been done before.

the first Nba In the Zone, was probably one of my best experiences with a basketball Game, when I first picked up the PS joystick and played it, I couldnt put it down, it was so addicting, remember when you would go up for a dunk , get fouled and be falling back from the foul and could still get off a shot, Damn I loved that game, How could you F*CKup a game the way they did that one., and oh yeah I am only gonna buy live for the One on One game , long nights of that await.
