Western Conference Finals: (1)Denver Nuggets vs (7)Los Angeles Lakers

Game 1 is Tuesday in Denver.

Denver should rock the Powder Blues for this one.

You know Jokic isn't getting the calls vs Lebron & the Lakers. Been watching the NBA too long to think otherwise.

Lakers defense has been legit in these playoffs. AD is that dude that could slow down Jokic, but he is going to need to be at his best the entire series. And they're going to need good D'Lo to show up more than non-factor D'Lo.

The other thing I am thinking about is that various times we've seen the Lakers absolutely gassed at the end of a few games. With how much Denver cuts and Jokic doesn't miss those opportunities, you can't catch a breather on defense. I'm curious to see if it could be a trend over this series of Denver pulling away in 4th quarters.

Its going to come down to AD vs Jokic though

It's gonna be tough but I trust Lebron and Ad to lead this group to it's full potential. If Denver is better fair play to them. Hopefully it's a good series.

Is this the time the Nuggets finally beat the Lakers in the WCF?

I hope so. I'm all for seeing another unique title win. Warriors in 2015, Mavs in 2011 are the only western conference teams since 2000 who have broken title droughts, and I think only 5 western franchises have won the title since 1980!
