Not a fan. Wanted the Wizards to sign a starting center (as all we have are projects with McGee and 2 rookies) or someone to at least make McGee feel threatened but this guy isn't it.
Horrible.

How Horrible? Rockets played David Anderson(the softest big man in the league), Jared Jeffries (nuff said, solid player but not at Center), and Chuck Hayes(shortest C in the league) before this guy. never had a positive impact on the court except fouling and throwing up horrible shots. Has the height, not not the skill or awareness to play at the NBA level imo.

Sounds like it could be the name of an Ultra move on Street Fighter, lol
Have to admit to only watching highlight reels of Splitter, but I'm not too impressed really. Hopefully I am very wrong.

Al Jefferson to Utah is a great pick up for them.

He'll thrive in their offense and it gives coach Sloan the low post scorer his system needs. Great move for both parties.

B.S.

You don't inform your players about the trade, then try to nix it.

Tyson Chandler confirmed to yahoo that he has been traded.

Both team websites stated that the trade was done.

Now you want to try to get more out of it?

What a joke. I hope GM's are weary of trading with the Bobcats now...Very poor business.

Big pick up for UTAH. If he (and that is a big if) can stay healthy, he is a better low post scorer then boozer but does not have the mid range shot boozer did. With Okur back and stretching the defense, Big Al should be able to average no less then 20 &. 10

As Bill Simmons pointed out, this has a Joe Smith-type deal written all over it. Sign back for the minimum, then we'll take care of you next year. The Heat have become the USC of the NBA.
