They've "old" for the last 4 years and every time I think time is running out for them, they make another strong playoff run.
As soon as Rose went down I expected them to get to the ECF.

With Allen ailing I wonder if they will put Rondo on Wade for long stretches.

I think the Heat will take this one. Not sure I care about which team wins, though. Not a big fan of either one.

Has Bron ever played KG any in these matchups? That'd be pretty interesting to see...

Okay. Just wanted to point that out there. Most of Rondo's effectiveness comes off those Random plays. I don't see Rondo scoring 20 Points per game but expect a higher number of assists and rebounds in this series.

Ray Allen is still hurting though, and Pierce to a lesser lesser degree

No Avery Bradley either, but it will be interesting to see how they handle KG

but anytime Ryan Hollins is in the game, advantage Miami

The heat need to push the tempo off of misses as much as possible. Ray allen is a defensive liability and will get sniped numerous times through out the series. Pietrus will have to help out defending wade but if wade continues to play like flash it will be to no avail.

The celtics get up for the heat like no other team then the lakers. But if wade and james continue to play on the level they have been playing the celtics will wear down physically and the heat will advance to the nba finals.

Spo is due for a close game mismanagement and i can see the celtics pride getting them another. So i could see a scenario of the heat winning in 6.

Key to the series imo is Mario Chalmers. If he can dominate on offense and make Rondo have to spend energy guarding him, it mitigates Rondo's scoring. Heat will also need consistent 3 point shooting because the Celts clog the paint better than any team they've faced so far.
