Never too early (unless college basketball hasn't started yet). I'm not sure what to make of Milwaukee yet so I'm not sure what types of prospects to target, but it should be an interesting year.
I doubt I'll have too much to add until later in the year when I start focusing more on the prospects. For now, I'm really just concerned with Syracuse and the only guy on this team that I think may be drafted this year is Michael Gbinije as a 2nd rounder. I guess there's an outside chance that Tyler Lydon could be a one and done but I doubt it.

As for the 2016 draft, i really like the look of Dragon Bender. He looks better than Porzingis did in europe according to my eye test (but then again i was never really very high on Zinger. Boy was I wrong). I think he's gonna be huge in the NBAComment

Jamal Murray really doing great. Definitely has to be a top 5 pick in the draft this year.
Would be somewhat cool if Gary Payton II got drafted by OKC, sure it's not Seattle,but still same franchise.
76ers can have up to 4 1st round picks in this draft. Best scenario is 2 in the top 4! Go all out and trade 3 of those picks for starters.

Simmons is kinda tough to predict for me. He's just so damn big right now that he's obviously going to shine. Lots of college squads have guys his size at center, yet he spends lots of time bringing the ball up the court for LSU.
Despite some really big scoring nights, his offensive game doesn't seem nearly as dominant to compare him to a guy like Durant or Melo or anyone like that. Teams don't really respect his shot, and he doesn't have that LeBron, Paul George type of explosiveness.
His game is incredibly well rounded, but it's still tough to gauge how well of a defender, rebounder, or playmaker he'll be at the next level.
Just by seeing him in college, his actual game reminds me quite a bit of how Evan Turner looked at OSU. He's better, but at 6'10 and 250ish he should be better. Right now he just kinda maneuvers his way through the lane, without much explosiveness or supreme ball handling abilities, and he finishes very very well. His outside shot isn't great, he's tremendous in the open court.
It's just tough to call. I would assume he'll be a small forward in the league. And he's got great size to play that spot, but without a decent outside shot, and without knowing how he can defend elite NBA wings I'm unsure of his ceiling.
Nobody in the class just blows me away though, he's easily the number 1 pick in my eyes. And I think he'll have a good career in the league. I just need to see a lot more before I can really make a prediction on what caliber of player he can become at the next level.

I can agree with what your saying. I think the LeBron talk is just people getting a little excited. But he could be the next Lamar Odom. That's how good he is. Shooting can be worked on. Even Rondo is a shooter now lol
