Re: ESPN Top 100 list

Kareem/Jordan/LeBron

Magic/Bird/Duncan/Wilt/Russell

Big O/Shaq/Kobe/West/Hakeem

Without a specific number order those would be my top 3 tiers. The one following that would probably be 10+ guys all lumped around the same level.

Re: ESPN Top 100 list

I agree wit you OJ about Rodman and Bobby Jones ranked in the top 100 being a bit of a reach. They were both role players and shouldnt be ranked ahead of Mitch Richmond imo.

There is no way that Lebron should be ranked higher than Wilt, Magic, Bird, Russell, and Shaq. Putting LBJ at #3 all time right now is definitely a reach imo.

One thing this list did get right though imo is putting Kareem in the top 2. Too many of these lists dont rank him high enough.

Kareem doesn't get his due, IMO. Look at his entire career, from high school to college to the pros. He's the greatest college baller of all time, changed the face of college basketball and won his six NBA titles before Jordan did. He had an incredible career - best player to come out of NYC.

My Top 10;
Wilt
Jordan
Russell
Oscar
Kareem
Magic
Bird
Hakeem
West
Duncan
