As a Cubs and Bucks fans, I have very mixed feelings about this.

I will go down with the MCW ship no matter what happens. He was probably my favorite Syracuse player during my time there. I really think it was a nice pickup by Morey; MCW has never played for a team with shooters before and with his skillset, he desperately needs shooting around him to have any chance at success.

I'm liking his improved aggressiveness though, even if it is the preseason.

Listening to his interview after the game he seems like his bball IQ is pretty high. He was breaking down a bit how much easier for him it is to be aggressive off ball with Bron and Rondo. Said his scoring comes easier and he doesn't have to rely on outside shots or wasted energy, which he claims in turn also makes him a better defender on the other end because of a lack of wasted energy on offense.

Lots of slender guys have become great at getting to spaces maybe other players didn't quite squeeze through. Reggie, Rip, even Steph is great at that, if Ingram can follow that same mold along with obviously his shooting still improving I actually think he could realistically lead this team in scoring.

Ingram has been attacking the rim since the 2nd half of his rookie season. But now with great passers like Rondo and Bron he can get it on the move, on backdoors etc. So yeah much easyier.

How are you guys feeling about Harry Giles? I can't get a read on him. I always thought he was a big. But he's so small mobile. It's weird.

He's a tweener lol.... And his numbers are good all around. He should be a solid player in general. But will be a star in the league.

Agree... And he's not on a team where the offense has him on a chain. As a cutter he will be huge for them. I still think he has a place in the league.

Should be if he keeps cutting hard and they keep looking for him as their main target. I like how aggressive he looks now, still could add some weight to his frame but seems to be absorbing the contact better and attacking with a bit more purpose. I feel like he made a jump in that regard when Lonzo went out and he handled the ball a good chunk more, seems to have built on it even more this off-season.

I think that leaves the biggest question, as far as how this roster is constructed, is what should be expected from Lonzo going forward? I don't really love the idea of him coming off the bench, but it may end up working out well if he can come in and be that spark plug that puts end-to-end pressure on a fatigued defensive unit. Guess we'll see how that plays out.

Barring any injuries to him, I’ll be shocked if he’s not starting by Christmas.
