Here is a example of why despite the stats Trae is still making me furious. He takes a horrible shot, admires it and gets beat on defense Hopefully we will get a new coach soon that has back bone and will get him to quit taking these horrible shots.

The first one hell yeah. The others I can't blame on his shot.

Their is nerdy stat to back it up, but on missed 3's the opposing teams scores a lot more then the league average when Trae shots. That should improve some if we can ever get Bruno and Damian Jones off the floor at C lol. Someone has to get in his ear and tell him to quit pulling up from 30 ft its just ridiculous unless its the rare game when he is hitting 3's.

Honestly if I was a Hawks fan.. this would infuriate me.

He’s literally crossing half court and just chucking it. Make or miss..it’s a bad shot. He’s putting his coaches in a bind by doing this.

And from these clips every time he does it..no one on the Hawks can keep up with the leaker because they’re not in position to.

Man. Play him off the ball or something occasionally.

This is exactly what I've been screaming for 2 years now and I get called out on a nightly basis amongst the few hawks fans on twitter. This is just a random example of 1 game it happens every single game. His shot IQ is just beyond awful its worse then someone playing NBA 2K. Nobody will criticism him because he is averaging 29 points a game.

The first part of the year I mostly gave him a pass because Collins was hurt and the rookies were playing bad. He has no excuse now that the rookies are playing better amongst others.

Trae is holding the team back and I'll say again he just isn't a winning player. The offense needs to be built around Collins who by the way is shooting 4% higher from 3 then Trae because he takes smart shots.
