Suggestions on how to watch basketball this year?

I got league pass and surfshark, but I can't watch any games when I connect to a server outside the country. I click watch and nothing happens. If I disconnect, I can watch anything but the Jazz.

When I connect, it will still say I can't watch it because of my location and blackouts. Or it says, "Please check closer to tipoff for available viewing options."

I got this working. It doesn't seem too friendly with pre season games and if you ever get a game going, consider NOT touching it once it's playing. The quality dropped on me for a second. I tried to reset it, but apparently, at that time, NBA TV started showing the game so it wouldn't let me watch the rest. Sometimes it goes through strange errors too and won't let you connect back up very easily.
