That's the issue lol. Morey has his eyes set on particular players and he wants to "win" the trade. I do think Ingram can be an "All-Star caliber player" like he mentioned before. I like Dame and would take him now, but he'll be 32 next season and I'm not for giving him that supermax extension. I never been a fan of Harden's game and he'll be 33. With Joel's health always being a concern, a Harden deal will literally just be a 2 year window. Beal is the one guy of Morey's preferred players, I would be all for. But, I think the outcome with Beal is that he goes to FA and stays in Washington then asks for a trade a year later

I think Ingram good enough. That's a deal that does benefit all 3 teams. But, if he's waiting on a Mega deal that he "wins", that's a pipedream. Ingram is in position where he could be an All-Star if he was on a winning team and is in Joel's window. A lot of these other deals involve young ascending players who aren't in Embiid’s timeline or guys who could be good complementary players. Ingram could be a legit #2

You might have to add pieces to deal, but that seems like a fair deal. All 3 are essentially are at the same point of their rookie extensions. I think Ingram could be 25-30 point scorer. When you are on a bad team in a small market, it's easy to get overlooked when you don't have the "star power".

What do people think Dragics value is given that he doesn't want to be on the Raptors, Raptors dont want him, and they dont want to buy him out either, but he would still be a solid role player for a team?

Late 1st? 2nd? Cap dump + pick?

I would say a 2nd round pick if its expiring contract or late 1st if Toronto is taking back a bad contract. They aren't many teams that have 20 million of expiring contracts to trade.

Please lol, heck throw in a 1st round pick in there if they have too.

But seriously, it's a necessary move. It brings cap flexibility getting off both Simmons and Harris contract. It allows future moves to happen easier when have better value contracts. Also helps from a basketball side too. A lot of these proposed deals are hard to speculate because of the potential fit next to Tobias.Tobias is better at the 4 and *could* be the 3 at tines, but it muddies up the potential wing you can get. Also now he's supposed to be the #2 option, but is normally the 3rd or 4th option. But with most deals, he would end up the 4th or 5th option. Not at that contract and don't think his playstyle translate to a 4th or 5th option. I think he is best as the 3rd option with a defined role.

But that's like $68-69 million in cap space alone with those 2. That's would have to be a 3 or 4 team deal to get the salary to match

Yooooooo the Sixers are wild bro. Who the **** they think trying to take Ben AND Tobias? They have to be hoping that it ends up being like some 4-6 team deal or something and they go to separate places in the same deal cause that's about $68.99 million in salary from 2 guys getting moved in a season that the salary cap is set at $112 million. Not to mention long term those guys are both owed about a combined $259 million over the next 3 seasons.

Exactly lol. And it's 2 years left for Tobias and 3 years for Ben after this year. You have to throw in firsts just for a team to even consider Tobias. That's where OKC comes in at. They'll absorb his contract for firsts lol.
