I have quite a few thoughts/opinions on the list in general but I'll post those separate.

I don't even know where to begin with team rankings. I remember when Bill Simmons ranked the 1989 Pistons something like fourth best all-time and I was like, "Cool". And then I see them ranked fourteenth SLAM and I look at all those great teams above them and I'm like, "Cool".

I'll say this, I'd take the 2004 Detroit Pistons over the 1999 San Antonio Spurs and probably the 1995 Houston Rockets, so I object to the '04 Pistons being No. 45 rather than No. 44 or No. 43.

It seems the majority of people actually agree on the top 2 teams (96 Bulls and 17 Warriors). Of course some debate the order of the 2 but it seems those 2 are the consensus best 2 ever and it’s not close.
