If this comes to fruition I would be pretty disappointed.

Re: PES loses Spanish License

?

How can they let this happen?

I know Konami has money...they made Contra for pete's sake...

Surely they aren't throwing in the towel...but the lack of real development in the game and a lack of aggressiveness in the market suggest that they are slowing down just as they seemed to be about to take the next step.

This will be the final nail in the coffin for them.

Re: PES loses Spanish License

All they gotta do is something like a EA locker or the 2KShare thing they have for CHoops. They don't need *any* licenses, just give us the means to edit and share and everything will take care of itself.

I'd hate to see them flounder even further. As good as FIFA has/is becoming, they still need each other to compete and innovate.

Nah. Edited options files. Problem solved.

I always thought the FIFA license as a feature was overrated anyway. I use teams in the main leagues and PES always had the license for the Spanish, Italian, French, and Dutch leagues. If it didn't have a license and you were looking for a specific league there was always an option file out there somewhere.
