PES on PC

Many sports games tend to release inferior products when it comes to pc versions. I know fifa 2011 for the pc will just be a ported version of the console fifa 2010. Does anyone know if PES 2011 for PC will be the same game as it is on the consoles? Or, will it be a watered down version with poor graphics?

Actually, 2010 was a great product on PC, I'd expect '11 to be no different. But, there are some editing tools that guys build specifically for PC that add value. And Fifa will be a direct port of the console version, with the same tech as the consoles now use. Either way, with a powerful enough system, I'd say PC, all the way. But that is leaving out the online aspect. I'm offline only, so it doesn't factor for me.

Thanks Brian,

I thought that fifa 11 will only add updated graphics. But, the new features (ie. personality+) won't be included in the pc version. Am I incorrect in this assumption?

The FIFA 11 pc version feature sheet sounds exactly like the FIFA 10 console version. I don't think FIFA 11 pc will have personality+.

As for PES, I have both the console and pc version of 2010. I think it's pretty much the same except that the pc version has much greater customization capabilities.

Re: PES on PC

I believe if you have a good enough PC and preferably not a laptop then yes the graphics are the exact same but for me I prefer stability over great graphics and limited funds means I can
t buy a new Processor to run mine on higher settings.

as Lecrae said, if you're computer is strong enough to run the game on the highest settings, the difference graphically between pes pc and console is almost non existent.

So visually the PC version is much superior @ max settings.
