In the end despite the reviews I still think that will be the case.

Yeah that part of the review makes no sense at all especially when FIFA has a one-button mode.

I've been singing this song to whoever would listen since I played the Master League Beta of PES 2011... it is a move back to the glory days of PS2 PES. Day one purchase for me.

FIFA 11 is great as well... so for the first time in four years, football fans have a choice.

I choose... both.

Ditto. Got Fifa11 toady and PES is on pre-order for PC. Hopefully CD-Wow will ship it from overseas next week. Hopefully no junk about a NA release date!

I also can't wait to play this game. This will be the first time my favourite soccer team is available in a videogame.

"Some may prefer FIFA's more studied approach to football realism, but when it comes to pick-up-and-play fun and intensity, PES 2011 gets my vote this year."

Huh?

Re: PES 2011 Review (IGN)

Having played FIFA 11 on the PS3, I dont see how the reviewers could have given it a 9.5 or a 9.0.
There are so many glaring problems with the game, at least on the PS3.
Check out the FIFA forums.
