Does PES have a my player mode?

Yes it has and it´s pretty robust as well. Doesn´t have incentives/goals on the pitch, but has your player develop naturally over time and the only "goal" is to win games.

You can create a player or play as any real player on his original team. There´s transfers to other clubs as well and you can also get called up to your national team for international competitions

IMO the AI in theese games is solid and you feel involved but can´t just take over a game, you´ll need to play within your role to succeed and there will be games you play brilliant but still your team sucks it up.

sounds perfect thanks for the answer i just played the demo for this game enjoying it much more then fifa which is the same every year.

I have to agree, PES's BAL mode is probably the best myplayer mode out there.
