Yes you can. I ran across the option last night but I can't remember off hand exactly where ( currently at work). I think it's in the "my club" menu where you can either view a list of your managers or roster. Then click the square (ps4) on the player and one of the options is to change kit number. Hope this helps. If not let me know and I'll look for it tonight to give exact directions.
