Yes, I play offline and played many games after the patch and I can easily notice more variation in ai attack; more crosses and shooting from outside the box. I am sure the ai typical goals are not there any more. Fouls and cards are reduced too. If there any changes I think it is for the better

Fouls and cards are reduced? That would be terrible.

I haven't felt any changes whatsoever in gameplay. The computer still tries to dribble from outside the box with the intent of passing for a one time shot on goal.

I imagine the "real" patch is still being worked on.

When they said stadiums were being patched in, I assumed it'd be European stadiums that they've had in the past like Stadio Olimpico, Bernabeu, and/or Camp Nou. Pretty disappointing to say the least

I would say just hold on.

I think there were seven data packs last year for 14. So we are only 2 in so far this year.

Did they improve the Goalkeepers? I haven't played the game after the patch, busy playing NBA2k15 and The Talos Principle. I just saw this:

notable improvements/ changes with the latest patch for me were referees that are less strict with cards now and better goalies.

those slow, curling low shots arent as effective as before.

I've noticed that as well. I only play online and those types of goals made up about 99% of the goals scored against me. But they haven't been so common the past few days.

There were no "gameplay" updates in this patch. I have verified it with Konami. The "gameplay" items that the patch notes refer to have to deal with myClub:

"... as it provided updates regarding team requirement regulated competitions and also enabled CPU competitions, which would be considered “other gameplay improvements”
