"myteam" player acquisition?

Newbie to PES ...but must say I am impressed! After playing FIFA a little bit over the years.

I love how realistic this game is IMO. Its really good! And the myteam menus are so easy to navigate unlike Fifa or any EA game for that matter.

Of course it would vary upon user. Just my opinion.

now to my question:

how do i obtain "specific players/positions" in "myteam"?
