How do I turn off live updates?

For the life of me I can't find the setting anywhere - I accidentally set it on when playing an exhibition match and it's borked my Option file (not that bothered as I can re-do that quite easily)

Any ideas?

When its loaded on the screen if you click R3 it turns off I believe...

The R3 button does not work for me.

How to you turn off the Live Updates? Sort of turning off the Wi Fi.

I have the PC version and Xbox 360 Controller....I press the Right Stick button and it gets turned off for me such as when I am in exhibition mode. On the bottom of the screen it tells me the status of on or off (shows a picture of the right stick = ON, which means its currently OFF).

It's very confusing on the bottom of the screen in exhibition mode. If it says Live Updates On, it means that they're off, and it wants you to click R3 to turn them on.

If it says off, it means that they're on, and you have to click R3 to turn them off.

It's a bit ridiculous and confusing.
