PES 2018 Online Beta Scheduled For July 20 - July 31, Full Details

The tentatively scheduled PES 2018 online beta for July 20 through July 31, is now official. Konami tweeted out the details earlier this morning.

The PES 2018 online beta will be available to Xbox One (Xbox Live Gold required) and PlayStation 4 (PlayStation Plus NOT required) users, only. It will include 1v1 and 3v3 modes with the ability to change time (day/night) andweather (fine, rain). Only 2 teams (France and Brazil) will be available in the online beta, playing at New Sonne Arena.

Of note, Adam Bhatti, PES Global Product & Brand Manager, mentioned on Twitter that there will be a PES 2018 demo closer to launch, based on final code, this online beta is only to test the online code.

it will be interesting how I play considering i Have played strictly FIFA online the last few years and NO PES at all. It shouldn't be that bad I hope considering i always make my fifa controls similar to PES old school controls

Apparently this beta will just be random online matches without an invite system, the only way to play with friends is if you're playing locally with physical friends.

I mean the whole point of the beta is to test their new network infrastructure. Playing against friends over trusted/similar networks defeats the purpose IMO.

So if I do 3v3, I can't have two friends on my team? Or do you mean the other team is random like pro-clubs?
