Creating Fantasy South America Leagues

I just finished ML with São Paulo which I enjoyed more than my Europe ML. When I finished my 3rd season last night I had the thought, “what if all the great players in the world were trying to get to South America instead of Europe.” Since I am not going to purchase PES 2021, I need a new way to waste my time on PES for this next season. So I decide to create a fantasy world, where the Americas have the top leagues in the world and where all the greatest players in the world are trying to get, not Europe.

So working through: Where would each great player go. if you have thoughts or suggestions on where different players would sign, bring them!
