How did replay miss that? It clearly hit his finger.

Edit: So they said the replay booth didn’t have all the angles that Prime had. Inexcusable for a league that prints money the way the NFL does.

When most were writing off Baker his final year in Cleveland I was one of the few still arguing he could be a good QB, but I didn't expect him to look this good.

Glad that Eagles won, but it's a lot to fix. Should've been a blowout. They have too much talent on offense to be this mediocre. One of the issues is that they make things more difficult than it needs to be. Way too many shot plays and far too few over the middle and intermediate throws. Saw a stat that Smith and Brown lead the league over the last couple years over receptions that had a >25% completion probability. You can't live off of completing tough throws.

How bad was the Hutchinson injury? I’m afraid to look.

D was better, TJ just punching turnovers. Still not sold on the offense.

I'm still about 40-60 on the offense at this point.

I'm having serious flashbacks to the Kordell Stewart era...lol, but I guess as long as Fields doesn't make that "costly mistake" and at some point, Arthur Smith and Tomlin take off "the training wheels" we might just be on to something.

I do however have more faith in Fields in comparison to Russ for a couple of very important reasons...

1-Russ isn't anywhere near as mobile as Fields currently is, and IMO there would be WAY more sacks due to this.

2-The offensive line is still garbage, especially when it comes to pass blocking, they cannot hold blocks (with getting called for holding) long enough for the offense to really stretch the field.

I guess we'll see in the long run, IMO...the Steelers should be 5-1, they dug themselves to big a hole at Indy, but even still they made it close.

The next 2 games before the bye are very winnable (Jets,Giants) with both being home games...but to be perfectly honest I have absolutely no faith in Tomlin, as last year they had both the Cardinals and Patriots at home and both teams were pretty bad, but they came into Pittsburgh and...well you know the rest.

After the bye, the season difficulty really ramps up, so we'll see what their made of.
People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.

You know what man, I'm super happy for Baker Mayfield.

That guy was dragged through a piece of **** situation in Cleveland, got completely shat on by everyone be it media, fans etc incessantly for YEARS, and now he's doing really ****ing well.

I root for guys like that. Because I absolutely abhor sports fans and media and what they do to these draft picks if they're not immediately superstars.

                              Hope he keeps killing it.
