LOL I know you mean me. it's ok we got to the NFC championship game with 3 QBS just that the 4th one was useless. maybe he could come back as the 4th string?

we can bring him in when we are down 21-7 and the other team can start doing dumb things to help hand him the game for us!! good idea!

dunno why you think I hate Rodgers though sure I am sick of hearing about him but don't hate him I have always said was a better player then Brady just that he didn't win more super bowls.

I guess that 6 month timeline was a bit ambitious

Re: 2023 Offseason Thread

The next part of the Brady is retired stuff, does he sign a one day deal with the Pats?

He already announced his retirement, and usually when guys do it they do so while signing the one day deal with their old team.

Would he sign a one day deal? I feel like if that happens, that for sure signals he's done. He wouldn't come back AGAIN, and this time after signing a one day deal to retire with the Pats?

Re: 2023 Offseason Thread

I always thought it would be funny if a guy signed a 1 day deal to retire with a team he never actually played for. Like Ryan Fitzpatrick does it with the Pats so he can say he was on every team in the AFC East.

Re: 2023 Offseason Thread

I heard this today. Ryan Poles did not draft Justin Fields. There is a
rumor they can trade Fields and keep the top pick. I wonder how that
would play out with the Chicago fan base.

Re: 2023 Offseason Thread

Sounds like he’s trying to kick the responsibility to someone else in the event Fields doesn’t shed those RB allegations.

Just stand on your pick, man lol

Re: 2023 Offseason Thread

After the NFC championship game debacle, there seems to be some support for bringing back the third quarterback rule. Under the rule, teams could have a third QB who was inactive on game day unless needed due to injury to the first two QBs.

The rule was dropped after the 2010 season.
