Most of the Philly's core players on offense are locked up for at least 2-3 more seasons together. Hurts, AJ Brown, Smith(5th year option), Goddert, and 3 of the 5 OL. So, it's really just replenishing the defense the draft next few years. Eagles only have 6 picks this year, but will likely 12 picks in 2024.

I'm all for going for Budda Baker and giving him the deal he wants. He was the same age when Eagles acquired Malcolm Jenkins and he was a great player for them. Might need to restructure someone's contract but will need to pay him. I'm all for trading a 3rd round pick. Eagles only have 6 picks, but I'm all for trading down from either 10 or 30 to get more middle round picks.

On another note, Steelers are finalizing a deal with the Rams for Allen Robinson. I like having a veteran receiver, just don't give up too much since they don't have many picks for next week.

They’re swapping 7th round picks and the Steelers only have to pay $5 million of his salary

Eagles hire Matt Patricia as Defensive Assistant. Ehh, I guess it won't hurt. Only thing is that he and Darius Slay has a known history of not getting along
