Vikings were on it today. I can't believe he threw that in the middle of the field with no timeouts

Better now than January, I guess.

But this could also mean playing in Philly in January.

Cousins actually won a prime time game.

Well Purdy come down to earth now since the Dallas one.. knew that was coming with the nonsenses about being joe Montana I remember when the media were calling Kap the greatest 49er QB ever at one sat one stage too media curse striking again

and we have a hard schedule coming up too. Eagles and Chiefs are still the 2 best teams in both conferences.

in fact we play the eagles in a few weeks. to the team sorta controls it's own destiny right now if they were to 'win out' but I see quite a few worries here. we got hyped up way to much after the Dallas game and I knew that was a bad thing every team that gets hyped up falls on their face..

so maybe the media should start with the chiefs and eagles hyping as they should be. instead of their crap about overrated Taylor swift at games.

Everybody got too high after the Cowboys game; no reason to get too low now. Barring a 2020-type run of injuries, this team is too talented to not make the playoffs, especially in the NFC.

But blowing winnable games can come back to bite you. I'd rather not have to go to Philadelphia or Dallas or Seattle in January. But we've already got the tiebreaker over Dallas and will have a chance to take it against both Philadelphia and Seattle. Long way to go.

This defense needs help and the DC is part of the problem. They've really only played a complete game defensively against Pittsburgh and Dallas. Stafford tore them up first half, Dobbs had his way first half, PJ Walker even had success and tonight Cousins tore them apart all game. Hell we even made Daniel Jones look competent and that's saying something these days. Arguments can be made that Moody makes a FG and we beat Cleveland, CMC doesn't fumble on top of another Moody missed FG and maybe we win tonight but the blueprint is there and we aren't adjusting. We rush 4, rarely blitz and play soft zones and just get eaten alive and it happens every single week.

No argument there. I asked a couple of pages back if we could have Ryans or Saleh back. Wilks has been … not good.

I’ll add that while Wilks hasn’t been good, the defense under Saleh and Ryans revolved around getting pressure with the front four. There’s an awful lot of money and high draft picks invested in the D-line, and right now they’re not getting it done. Cousins attempted 45 passes without being sacked once. That can’t happen.

Maybe a better database has been built on what he can do and not do well. It's only like what 10 games now right?

I thought Purdy played well until the final two drives. He said the throw on the first interception just got away from him, and he basically admitted he panicked and tried to force the second one.

Although, he did nearly get Kittle killed earlier in the game. That was reminiscent of something Jimmy would do.

And now he's in the concussion protocol which was odd since there was never any indication he even took a hit that might have warranted being checked for one during the game.
