Oh and I have read through the whole post. I assure you that I would side with the argument from LHayes and rdawsoniii since your argument holds no water.

According to the logic then....

Los Angeles Lakers = 8 Championships
Boston Celtics = 3 Championships

RULE: can't count titles before the NBA-ABA merger in the late 1970s; can only count post-merger titles.

We are talking about football, not basketball. Every sport has a different history and you cant compare them all to football. WHAT I AM SAYING IS THAT YOU CANNOT LUMP A PRE-MERGER CHAMPIONSHIP IN THE SAME CATEGORY AS A POST-MERGER CHAMPIONSHIP. the packers won 12 championships, that is true. However, they are not 12 time world champions. You cannot lump all of their championships in the same category and say they are all the same "championship." Do not compare a 1962 or 1926 championship to a post merger NFL-AFL championship.
