I was shocked when he got the job in the first place... just b/c your father has been a coach for most of his life and you've been along for that ride doesn't mean you can coach... he took along from the 9ers the OC (greg Knapp) who's never been any good (why do you think TO was screaming at him) b/c Knapp was his friend... your in the NFL to win... not get your buddies jobs.... his father wasn't any good with the Saints and Colts.. and he (Jim Jr.) never been better than a assistant coach...

Blank will want someone who'll make Vick a decent QB so he doesn't look like an idiot for the big *** contract he gave him.

Vick has to take some of the blame for the failure as well, but mora is cheaper.

I think they need a coach, not a friend. Which was what Jim Mora was to a good percentage of the players. There was no player/coach relationship.
