I don't want Mularkey or Capers. Jim Mora might not be bad but I don't really want an old failure. I would rather have a new coach. Maybe one of Pittsburgh's guys in Wisenhunt or Grimm. I don't know if Chau is ready to become a head coach but he could be interesting.

Seriously, who would want the Dolphins job? You have no offensive line, 3 terrible qbs and an aging Defense with your best possible player pondering retirement.

Outlook does not look good for the Fins. You almost seem to have a short window to do really well then it closes and you have to start over again.

Ouch!! The OL is not that bad. They need a LT and probably a guard but have a decent C, LG and RT. Its an old defense but job openings don't come around for great teams normally. Miami is warm, has a good owner and a great history. Its a good job for anyone to have.
