at least our guy has a winning record. now, I don't think Norv will do any worse with what he has to work with. Merriman will be a HOF QB now.

Norv Turner has more playoff wins, and Tony Romo will be a HOF LB in Wade's 3-4.

I think the biggest question now is, how is this an improvement.

All of the AJ lovers here, complain about a coach that doesn't get it done in the playoffs. Now we have a coach that doesn't get it done in the playoffs or the regular season. How have the Chargers helped themselves here?

BK, Norv will do a good job. Norv will continue to develop rivers and LT will continue his hall of fame career. Chargers just need to be good on defense and your team will be in the running.

Did you order your Mike Irvin fat head yet.
