Cowboys @ Lions: Jon Kitna will face a defense he berated on Seattle radio last year

I find this all amusing. Last year the Cowboys give up 39 points to a team that was 2-13 coming into the game. Then they take offense to something that was said over a year ago. They should be taking offense to how bad they played last year and worry about winning the NFC instead of risking possible suspensions and fines.


I know they Lions are going nowhere but please, if you have one win left in you this year, make it this week.

Hopefully he follows through, I'd love to see him suspended.

Newman is a standout corner. He gave up a total of 3 TDs in 2005 and 2006 combined.

Good for him, but now because of his mouth, he better be careful of any hits he even attempts on anyone. NFL has him on watch and will review his play after the game. He does the slightest thing wrong and he'll be suspended.

I think Kitna was dumb for saying that on the radio and now he's trying to back out of it by saying he was just joking on a local radio show. Please. Was he surprised at the comments over his halloween costume too?

He's invited this type of criticism from the Cowboys based on his comments but the Dallas players are even dumber saying they want to retaliate. If they really wanted to retaliate they would have kept their mouth shut. Now they risk a much bigger fine and/or suspension.
