That's what I want, and hope for, as well.

But Long would work, as well.

I think Chris Long from UVA would be the perfect fit. You could play him as a LB or DE.

I can't see the Pats taking the kind of linebacker that Laurenitis is. It seems at least with his time with the Pats that Belichick prefers linebackers that are great pass rushers. I have not watched him enough to say so if some OSU fan knows please correct me. remember Bruschi was drafted as a defensive tackle who turned himself into a middle linebacker. Vrabel, Colvin, and Thomas are more known as pass rushers than run stuffer's. Although maybe Belichick would draft him because he needs better LB's against the run.

We can all agree that NE will at least shop the pick around. But I still like Laurenitis if they can trade down and get him, but they will not take a LB in the top 5. But I think Chris Long is versatile and would be worthy of that pick if NE cant get rid of it. Just my opinion.

He does go to West Virginia.

He'll probably develop one soon.

I hope the Bengals have learned their lessons drafting players from West Virginia. (Chris Henry)
