What a disaster. Warrick Dunn is near the end, they've got a bunch of big contracts on defense, DeAngelo Hall seems to be practically begging to get out of there. The only way to fix this team is just blow it up, and rebuild it around a few core guys.

Hall is trouble and he needs to go IMO. Or needs an attitude adjustment.

I'm talking the whole Atlanta situation over the past year not just Petrino leaving.

BTW the only college coach i'd remotely think of hiring would be Jim Tressel. I think he could translate well to the pros. He'd probably be a Dick Jauron type in the NFL in terms of stature and how he deals with players.

Do NFL teams have lines of sweater vests? I know they have the polo shirts, but I think a sweater vest would be a deal breaker.

Depending on what coach is here D Hall may stay. He absolutely despised Petrino. Dunn needs to go. He is just old and useless now; no offense Dunn. But this is not a bad job. Michael Boley is a young up incoming beast at Linebacker, and Norwood if given touches can take it to the house. Roddy White is a Top 5 WR in the NFC as well. We also have a ton of draft picks this year.

Good riddance I say. He doesn't want to be here, I don't want him to be. I knew after week 3-4 that he wasn't a pro coach. Come on Marty of Cowher! LMAO In my dreams.

I would imagine most teams would suck if the player their franchise is built around gets locked up (obviously the Cowboys are the exception, as Romo would simply bend the bars with his mind and levitate out).

If there are 2 things 2007 has proved about Mike Vick, it's that he's a significantly larger *** hole than previously thought, but he's also far better than he was given credit for in 2005 and 2006.
